First of all, it have to be solid and the writer's intention have to be clear.  Then it's followed by cohesiveness of the narratives they want to push and how they maintain and execute to the end. Then one of the most important thing, how it means for Artem as character, do we get to know more about him, do he develop more as character and deepen the relationships. 

Sometime how they execute the end can be very vital on how I feel about that card as whole. An example for this will be Immersed in Intimacy. I actually really engaged to the story, especially it bring up the aspect of Zuo Ran that really important to me, his sense of justice and the very thing he brought up all the way back then in the end of Main Story Chapter 6 Part 2, “Justice may arrive late, but it is always served.” and “Our responsibility is to ensure that justice is served.” Which is really one of the core bit of his character who never stop chase justice that has been delayed, now the problem with this card is that the length and the pace. They tried to get to the Post Evol CG, you can tell with how they speed up the narration, cut short how the Andy's case is done, all to get to the hot spring CG.  That's why I can't say it's a "good" card because it's execution near the end is loose and they got limited by their format and time limit (With 4SSR at least they decide to have post-event story cards which levitated the burden of their card format and time limit a bit LOL). I can like a card, but there times I can't say it's "good". Sometime I can dismiss slight gripes if overall card is good XD

Then in another flip, for card I consider "good", of course I have to talk about one of my all time favourite aka Day and Night.  Ah where do I even start with this card, it just everything from the case, pace, Artem's past, and how he revealed his fear of uncertainty in the face of chaos and changes. This card challenge him as character, especially because he is character with high sense of moral, his dilemma and allows us reader to see him further as character that can grow. The vulnerability of that worries and fear is also the start of his growth, the fact he isn't alone in the path he is chosen as Rosa would be there with him, and this theme weaved in later cards (Belle Nuit d'Amour - reminder of sharing burden and he has her, Per Aspera Ad Astra - he reach out to her for the trouble he face) 

Anyway LOL Yeah, I have a lot of love for cards that dig into his character and cohesive while at it. Thought don't make mistake, I also love a lot of cards that more lighthearted in nature, especially one that shine lights on their dynamic. 

All and all, I think in general I want Artem and Rosa get to be the best version of themselves as individual and people in relationship, and it only can be done when they are allowed to grow as characters.
